In 2013, The Evergreen Group purchased the Backyard Sports franchise from Atari during its bankruptcy proceedings. At the same time, the bulk of the Humongous catalog was sold to Tommo, who relaunched the original branding and released everything that wasn't included in the Backyard Sports franchise.
