Like the tour-level and Grand Slam tournaments, the wheelchair tennis events at the Paralympics are straight knock-out competitions. Matches are best-of-three sets. Singles matches include up to three tie-break sets, whereas the doubles deciding set will be contested as a match tie-break (first to 10 points).
